A few years ago, Mark decided to step away from the successful real estate business he had founded in the late 1970s. He decided to give his son, Peter, a chance to run it. Letting go wasn’t easy, and the process was far from smooth, but eventually Mark completed the handover of the CEO title to Peter and officially walked away.
